Where are InLei® courses held in South Africa?

In-person courses run in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban (Ballito), Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) and East London. Other cities are available on request. Conversion courses are online.

Do I need experience to do a lash lift course?

The online conversion courses are only for technicians who already hold a lash lift or brow lamination certificate, and proof is required. For the two-day in-person courses, contact InLei® South Africa about entry requirements.

Yes. The two-day Lash Filler® course includes a Lash Filler® 25.9 kit for up to 30 treatments, and the two-day Brow Bomber course includes a Brow Bomber kit. Conversion courses include a mini kit.

Do you train lash extensions?

No. InLei® courses cover lash lifting, lash lamination, brow lamination, tinting and the Korean Method lash lift on natural lashes.

Do you train salon teams or beauty schools?

Course dates are also available on request. Contact InLei® South Africa to ask about a session for your salon team or school.

Hands-on time on live models. Theory alone won’t prepare you for different lash types.
A professional kit included, so you can start working immediately.
A recognised system with a written protocol, not just a technique.

Lash and brow courses in Johannesburg and Pretoria (Gauteng)

Gauteng has the most courses each year. Johannesburg sessions also serve Pretoria, Midrand and the East Rand.

Lash and brow courses in Cape Town (Western Cape)

Cape Town sessions run through the year, and are the closest option for Stellenbosch, Paarl and the Winelands.

Lash and brow courses in Durban (KwaZulu-Natal)

KwaZulu-Natal courses run in Ballito, a short drive from Durban and Umhlanga.

Lash and brow courses in Gqeberha and East London (Eastern Cape)

The Eastern Cape has sessions in both Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) and East London.

For the Free State, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West and the Northern Cape, book a session on request, join the nearest city, or start with an online conversion course if you are already qualified.

Lash extension course or lash lift course?

They are different skills. Extensions attach artificial fibres to each lash and need refills every two to three weeks. A lash lift works only with natural lashes and lasts six to eight weeks. Many technicians offer both, because lifts suit clients who want low maintenance. InLei® trains lifts, lamination and brows only.
