Who can become an InLei® trainer?
Certified InLei® lash and brow techs with real treatment experience, a portfolio of results and a love of teaching. Salon owners, senior techs and beauty school lecturers are all a good fit.
How much does a trainer earn?
You keep the larger share of the fee for every course you teach. What that adds up to depends on how many courses you run and how many seats you fill. Use the calculator above with your own numbers. We don't promise an income: it depends on your work.
Is this a multi-level or recruitment scheme?
No. You are paid for the training you deliver and the products you use or sell. Nobody is paid for signing up new trainers, and there is no fee just to join.
What does the train-the-trainer course cost?
We'll share the fee and what's included when we talk. Apply below and we'll be in touch.
Do I have to give up my salon?
No. Most trainers teach a few days a month and keep their own clients. You choose how many courses you run.
Where are trainers needed?
Everywhere outside Johannesburg and Cape Town first: Durban, Gqeberha, East London, Bloemfontein, Polokwane and Mbombela, then the rest of the country.
