Using this website
By using this website you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and ourreturns policy. Keep your account password private; you are responsible for orders placed with it. Do not misuse the site, for example by scraping it, attempting to break its security, or placing fake orders.
Professional products
Lash Filler®, Brow Bomber and most of our range are professional products for certified lash and brow therapists. Only our aftercare range is sold for use at home. When you buy a professional product you confirm that you, or the salon you buy for, are trained to use it. We may ask for proof of certification and may cancel and refund an order if we cannot confirm it. Always follow the instructions and patch-test guidance supplied with the product.
Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you an order confirmation; payment alone is not acceptance. Before you pay, the checkout shows the full price, delivery fee and total, and you can correct any mistakes. We may decline an order, for example when an item is out of stock or the price shown was clearly wrong; if you have paid, we refund you in full within 30 days. Product photos are for illustration; packaging may change.
Prices, VAT and payment
Prices are in South African rand and include VAT at 15%. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. We take payment through secure payment providers (such as PayFast and Paystack); we do not store card details. You receive a tax invoice by email.
Discount codes
Discount codes (such as the first-order code shown on the site, or a stockist's referral code) apply to the products and periods stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and unless stated otherwise cannot be combined. We may withdraw a code that is misused.
Delivery
We deliver within South Africa by courier. Delivery is free on orders over R1,000 (after discounts); below that a flat fee of R150 applies, as shown at checkout. We pack orders within 1 to 2 working days, and couriers usually deliver 2 to 4 working days later; outlying areas can take longer. Delivery dates are estimates. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order, you may cancel and get a full refund. Ownership and risk pass to you when the order is delivered. Please check your parcel and tell us about damage within 7 days.
Cancellations and returns
As a consumer you may cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery (ECT Act section 44), and faulty goods are covered by the 6-month warranty in section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act. How this works, and which items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, is set out in our returns and refunds policy.
Academy courses
Course bookings are confirmed once paid. Each course includes the training, the training kit listed on the course page and, if you pass, an InLei® certificate. Certification depends on attending the full course and completing the practical assessment. Trainers, venues and dates may change; if we change a date you may move to another session or get a full refund. Cancellation fees are set out in the returns policy.
Stockists, trainers and affiliates
Stockist, partner salon, trainer and affiliate arrangements are governed by their own written agreements, which take priority over these terms where they differ. Commission is earned only on genuine sales of products and training to customers; no payment is made for recruiting other members.
Trademarks and content
InLei® and Lash Filler® are registered trademarks of Selita Srl, Italy, used under licence. The text, photos and videos on this site belong to us or to InLei® head office and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. Certified partners may use materials we supply for promoting InLei® treatments.
Liability
We are responsible for goods that are not of good quality or are unsafe, as the Consumer Protection Act provides, and nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. Otherwise, to the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect loss, or for harm caused by using professional products without training, against the instructions or after a failed patch test. The website is provided as is; we try to keep it accurate and available but cannot promise that it is free of errors.
Disputes and governing law
South African law applies to these terms. If something goes wrong, contact us first and we will try to resolve it within ten working days. If we cannot, you may refer the matter to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (cgso.org.za) or the National Consumer Commission, or to a court with jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.
